Division: Administration DivisionDepartment: IT DepartmentPosition: Information Technology StaffJob responsibilities:- Respond to IT support requests from employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner, either remotely or on-site.- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software as needed.- Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.- Implement security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access and cyber threats.- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate employees on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the organization's IT infrastructure and operations.- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and security of IT systems and processes.Skills required:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information systems, or a related field.- Minimum 2 years of experience in Tier 1 IT support or a related role.- Proficiency in Windows OS and Servers, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP routing and switching, VPN technologies, Firewalls, Routers and Switches, and O365 Apps.- Advanced level of English
