Scope of work: Provide onsite technical support services for datacom products (mid-range and low-end routers, firewalls, and switches) on a monthly basis, and perform routine O&M assurance, including data collection, health check, risk identification, optimization suggestions, fault response, software update, and configuration support, to ensure stable running of datacom networks and keep risks under control.

1. Perform health checks on datacom products, identify risks, and provide optimization solutions.

2. Provide technical consultation and quick response to faults for datacom products.

3. Monitor datacom network KPIs and send monthly reports.

4. Support software updates and network parameter adjustment.

5. Analyze alarms and handle problems.

6. Communicate with customers and Huawei internal personnel, and provide technical training, and complete problem review and summary in a timely manner.

7. Output weekly reports of onsite support services to ensure that the service process is transparent and traceable.

Requirements:

1. Professional certification and technical expertise

Have obtained Huawei HCIE-Datacom or HCIP-Datacom certification, or have equivalent technical expertise. Be proficient in the architecture, configuration optimization, and advanced features of Huawei's full series of datacom products (routers, switches, firewalls, and WLAN), and have an in-depth understanding of cutting-edge technologies such as MPLS, SRv6, EVPN, and VXLAN.

2. Experience in large-scale network O&M and delivery

Have more than five years of experience in the construction, O&M, or delivery of large- and medium-sized campus networks, WANs, or data center networks. Be familiar with the full lifecycle management of networks, and be able to independently complete solution design, device commissioning, cutover and rollout, and O&M assurance. Experience in O&M of networks with millions of devices is preferred.

3. Fault handling and emergency response capabilities

Have extensive practical experience in troubleshooting network faults, and be proficient in using tools such as Wireshark and Nmap to capture and analyze packets. Be able to quickly locate the root cause of complex faults in high-pressure environments, develop emergency recovery solutions, and provide 24/7 response and onsite support for major faults.

4. Network optimization and automation capabilities

Be able to optimize network performance, optimize the architecture, and harden network security, and be able to propose network improvement solutions based on service requirements. Be familiar with automation O&M tools such as Python and Ansible. Experience in network script development or SDN/NFV is preferred.

5. Project management and cross-team collaboration

Have a good sense of project management, and be able to independently take charge of technical solution delivery and customer communication. Have excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to undertake technical training, knowledge transfer, and cross-department collaboration tasks, and be fluent in English or Chinese.
