Scope of work:
1. Implementation and optimization of NOC management regulations and service processes
Monitor the implementation of NOC-related management regulations and service processes, and continuously optimize the management.
2. Network operation quality monitoring and reporting
Monitor, collect, and analyze the network operation status and network quality information, and periodically provide the network operation analysis report to the customer, project manager, CTO, and related product managers of the representative office.
3. Responsible for service quality monitoring and reporting: Monitor the execution status of various work orders and conduct service quality analysis. Regularly complete service quality analysis reports for the project manager and CTO, including content such as the fault resolution time for each position, customer satisfaction surveys, and the closure rate of issue tickets.
4. NOC personnel skills training: Regularly develop personnel skills training plans, organize training sessions, and enhance employees' work skills and professional competence.
Requirements:
1. Familiar with Huawei's managed service model and have more than 3 years of experience in managed services;
2. Possess the ability to manage and facilitate coordination with subcontractors, resources, spare parts, and multiple vendors, as well as the ability to maintain customer relationships.
3. Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language, and capable of communicating with customers in English without any barriers.1st Level Troubleshooting, Fault Management, CR monitoring, Problem Ticket Management.
4. Preparing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), Changes for recordkeeping of all network related incidents, faults and Trouble tickets and their resolutions, modification to networks and Method of procedure.
5. Update New added network sites information to the NMS/EMS after Huawei approval.
6. Providing 24x7 technical supports for troubleshooting network and handling emergencies.
