Job Description: As an IP Legal Assistant, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing comprehensive IP solutions. This role involves supporting our attorneys and specialists in managing and enforcing IP rights, ensuring our clients’ ideas and assets are effectively registered and protected. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in law preferred • Excellent English proficiency • Fast learner with adept professional skills acquisition • Reliable and innovative • Deadline-driven Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Follow up with clients via emails and phone • Assisting the team with marketing promotion activities related to IP, including but not limited to events, international seminars, etc. • Primary research on potential clients' information on IP and analysis of possible needs for IPR protection in all S&O IP networks and offices. • Provide the team with secretarial support as necessary. • Assist in the preparation and filing of IP applications in Mongolia. • Conduct legal research and analysis related to IP matters.
